The initial jobs claims after spiking higher a few weeks ago has moved back down toward the low of the range for most of the trading year. The continuing claims data corresponds with the survey week.
US 10 year yield is now up 2.9 basis points at 4.175%. That is up from 3.99% on the day of the Fed 25 basis point rate cut.
The EURUSD has moved to new lows and tests the 200 hour MA at 1.17025. The GBPUSD has continued its move lower and is testing support at 1.33865 (the broken 38.2% retracement of the move down from the July 1 high.)
