US House clears procedural rule vote, paves the way for final bill vote later

As a reminder, this was a vote on the rule for the reconciliation bill. It needed to be adopted so the House can move to debate the bill itself. And now it has. No biggie. It only took almost six hours. 🥱

The final vote is expected in about two hours' time.
