US airstrikes against Iran-backed militias in Syria; targets weapons storage facility

Over the weekend the US carried out further airstrikes against Iran-affiliated militias in eastern Syria.

This follows similar last week:

A statement from U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Sunday said the most recent strike targeted a weapons storage facility in eastern Syria used by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and affiliated groups.
