Unconfirmed reports from sources within NATO
- in talks about a No-Fly Zone over parts of Western Ukraine
- in order to help humanitarian evacuations
- areas would most likely be close to the Romanian/Polish Border and the Ukrainian city of Lviv
"Talks" could encompass idle chatter all the way to pre-planning I guess.
As I said earlier on an unrelated potential development ... this would be a significant escalation.
