Earlier today, it was announced that Russia's Putin and US Pres. Trump were not near getting together for a summit in Budapest in hopes of ending the Ukraine/Russia war. No timetable for a meeting was set.
Ukraine Zelenskyy is now on the wires saying that Russia is doing everything to reject a diplomatic way to end the war. He also says that the postponement of the US decision to supply Tomahawk missiles made Russia less interested in diplomacy.
It seems that Putin has press the right buttons again.
Meanwhile, Europe and Ukraine are preparing a 12 point proposal to the end of the Russia's war with a Peace Board led by US Pres. Trump would oversee implementation of the 12 point proposal. Ukraine would receive security guarantees, points to repair war damage, and a pathway to rapidly join the EU under the proposal..
