Well, the good news is that both sides are prepared to go for a third round of talks as outlined here. But again, it doesn't seem like there will be any major breakthroughs and this appears very much to be for show considering that the situation on the ground hasn't changed whatsoever. At the end of the day, actions speak louder than words.
