What are the options here?
Could Ukraine try a full-scale invasion of Donetsk and Luhansk? Sure that's a possibility but they've had 8 years to do that and haven't.
I don't see many options here besides complaining and asking for sanctions.
Meanwhile, we will wait and see what the EU plans.
