UK, US and Canada representatives walked out of G20 meeting when Russian delegates spoke

The UK, US, and Canada delegations to the G20 finance meeting in Washington left as Russian delegates spoke. Those leaving included Bank of England Gov. Andrew Bailey, Fed Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, and Canada's finance minister Chrystia Freeland.

A UK spokesperson said:

"we will continue working with our allies to condemn of Russia's war against Ukraine in the strongest terms, and push for stronger international coordination to punish Russia".
