The gas prices for businesses will be capped at £75 MWh while power prices for businesses will be capped at £211 MWh, according to the package unveiling. The discounts will be applied to contracts signed since 1 April this year with the period of energy usage to be defined as from 1 October 2022 to 31 March 2023.
