UK May Nationwide house prices -0.1% vs +0.1% m/m expected

UK house prices softened once again in May as housing conditions continue to normalise and slow down amid higher interest rates. Nationwide says that a relatively soft landing remains the most likely scenario for the market as things continue to play out.
