The article is a quickie, pointing out that:
- investors ... previously appeared to hold out hope that Trump was using the threat of steep levies as a bargaining chip or would take a slower, gradual approach
Yeah. And you don't need me to tell y'all that 'hope' is a four-letter word for trades. Guilty of it myself from time to time I'm sad to admit.
