Oil prices are under some pressure after the latest comments from the US President suggest that he doesn't want to escalate further:
- Anything that happens will be over quickly
- Don't think Iran war will start again
- You can't let lunatics have nuclear weapons
- Not sure I want to make a deal with Iranian leaders
- He changed his mind on Iran leaders being reasonable once he got to know them
- Iran leaders are now more rational
- This will end very quickly
Meanwhile, Iran's deputy foreign minister said Iran must speak to Trump in his own language, as he understand force better.
US stocks have made a bit of a comeback with the S&P 500 down 0.5%.
