Cook is being accused of mortgage fraud.
Of course, the last time the Pres. called for a resignation was back on August 7 when Trump demanded that Intel CEO resign over China ties:

However, this is a different thing as Cook is a Biden nominee, and well, it did not take much it seems, to dig up this dirt that would give the President another FOMC board member. My guess is I don't think that Trump will assume the rental properties of Cook that she said were her personal residence. ; )
Meanwhile, the FHFA Director Pulte says:
- The DOJ will open up a criminal investigation
- Believes Pres. Trump has cause to fire her
He also says:
- He hears that Fed Chair Powell is "scrambling this morning"
- "He can scramble all he wants, but he might as well be scrambling eggs, because the party at the Fed is OVER"
This is from the director of the FHA. HMMMM.
If true, Cook committed mortgage fraud. I would not declare a rental property as primary residence - let alone two. PS She is not the only one.
Of course, there are probably bigger fish to fry in the big ole criminal world (including insider-trading from both sides of the aisle on Capitol Hill which would require throwing all members of Congress in jail), but not any more politically beneficial – more motivating – than this fish. After all, it is Trump's intention to take control of the Fed one way or the other...
