Photos have emerged (leaked to the media) of Boris Johnson pictured with wine and cheese alongside his wife and up to 17 staff in the Downing Street garden during lockdown. The pic is from 15 May last year.
During lockdown social gatherings were strictly limited to very small numbers, not 19 people. BJ says it was a work meeting.
