Adding to that, the city says that it will lift restrictions on private cars and free passage into housing communities from 1 June midnight as well. This will apply to all residential complexes except for medium and high-risk areas, closed and controlled areas, and designated control areas.
Well, that is certainly a welcome development and adds to the earlier announcements today here. This will at least not detract from the more positive risk mood so far on the day.
