It is hard to reach much into the remarks above from the Russian foreign ministry as these sort of talks have been ongoing for the past two weeks now. Whenever we hear that there is perhaps progress to be had, they never really mean it so believe what you will. For me, this still looks to be more of political theater as the situation on the ground continues to play out.
