At least according to Interfax, who is citing Russia's deputy foreign minister, Andrey Rudenko:
"No, negotiations are not going on. Ukraine has practically withdrawn from the negotiation process."
Well, it's not like they were going to be achieving a breakthrough via dialogue in any case so it hardly matters. It was mostly for the optics and at this stage, markets are pretty nonchalant about the news already.
