Russia reaffirms that it will not supply oil to countries supporting price cap

Russia continues to make clear their stance on the matter

They are not budging from their stance earlier this week and it just means that they are not going to give in and run with a loss. And so the game of poker continues. Oil is down another 0.7% today to $77.40 at the moment.
