Multiple buildings collapse in Hualien, Taiwan.
The news coming of Taiwan is getting worse, there are report of people trapped inside collapsed buildings.
Also seeing footage of a landslide triggered by the quake.
An official in Taiwan says this was the strongest earthquake in 25 years.
