From "the aggressor" who did the invading, Russian Pres. Putin's wish list for peace includes:

  • Donbas region
  • Russia could freeze front lines in Zaporizhia and Kherson
  • No NATO
  • No western troops in Ukraine

I am not sure there is a lot of commonality with the EU/Ukraine.
