The news from Monday out of France:
- The euro briefly wobbled on that but ultimately rose.
The political turmoil in France is not yet over. Presdeint MAcron is searching for an acceptable new PM. If he can't find one accepatable to the factions sharing power then an election will be needed.
Nearer-term, Fitch will review France’s sovereign rating Friday.
The euro continues to shrug it all off, EUR/USD is around 1.1770.
