It's a big week for the oil market with the main OPEC+ meeting set for Monday. There have been some conflicting reports about how eager OPEC is to bring back curtailed barrels and how far Saudi Arabia is willing to go to punish cheaters.
WTI is struggling today down 95-cents to $58.31. I'm not sure this report tells us anything.
