The latest from Lutnick. While he is a senior US official his word doesn't carry much weight. US policy swings on the moods of Trump, until we hear from him everything is moot.

Even when we do hear from trump he often 'chickens out'. He has earned the moniker TACO, for Trump Always Chickens Out ICYMI.
