Japan PM Kishida says again he is not considering changing the sales tax rate

Kishida's predecessor Abe went through years of finagling to raise the rate, twice. This was done to improve Japan's fiscal position (bring in higher government revenue). So far Kishida has said he is not thinking about another hike.
