I think Japanese Finance Minister Kato is trying to be reassuring.
- Says will appropriately conduct fiscal policy
- Need for a variety of investors to hold JGBs
- Need to broaden investors in Japanese Government Bonds
- Need to start promoting domestic ownership of JGBs
Such comments are not reassuring me, not sure about anyone else though.
