Japan tariff negotiator Akazawa is heading to the US for a fourth round:

• Japan economy minister Akazawa heading back to the US around May 30 for more trade talks

Says today:

• no change to Japan’s stance to request elimination of US tariffs but want to reach agreement
• Japan has its own interests to protect
