There are multiple media reports, this from Sky News for example:
- A lewd birthday message Donald Trump allegedly sent to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has been released by Democrats.
The note is written over a drawing of a naked child, that I won't post here - check out that link above for it.
The importance for traders is to be wary of some sort of action from trump in the hours ahead to distract from this. It could be tweets, it could me more overt action such as some sort of military move.
While the USD has fallen so far this week, some sort of destabilizing action could see bids flow back in.
Just a heads up to be wary.
