Germany February trade balance €17.7 billion vs €17.0 billion expected

The German trade surplus expanded a little in February as exports grew by 1.8% while imports only grew by 0.7% on the month. Of note, exports to the US were valued at €14.2 billion on the month - up 8.5% from January.
