Finland’s president said an agreement was reached on security guarantees and steps forward.
He described the talks as constructive.
He noted that a coalition of the willing has already worked on security guarantees and will build on those.
He said there is nothing concrete yet about US participation, and the US president will inform in due course.
Details of the guarantees are to be ironed out in the next week or so.
He added that the goal is to build guarantees together with the US, while acknowledging Russia’s view is obviously different.
He confirmed that discussions included Article 5-type security guarantees.
Everyone is chiming in with their own update, but all are saying the same thing for the most part.
