- EU will stop importing Russian oil and refined products
- The phasing out of Russian crude oil will be within six months and refined products by the end of the year
- It will not be easy but we simply have to work on it
Note that this is just a proposal for the latest round of sanctions. It will require approval from all 27 EU countries in order to take effect.
