Trump is threatening with fresh 25% tariffs on all steel and aluminum imports into the US and that is on top of existing metals duties. Biden had previously negotiated duty free quota arrangements with the EU on this, after Trump having imposed 25% tariffs on steel and 10% tariffs on aluminum during his first term. So, those quota arrangements look to be thrown out the window perhaps.
