The EU warns Russia that they are ready to react given additional aggression from Russian troops:
- EU ready to launch a second package of sanctions against Moscow if Russian troops move into Ukraine beyond separatists controlled self proclaimed republics
- Second package of EU sanctions would include export controls on Russia, would be coordinated with United States and Britain
Meanwhile reports indicate that Russia is ready to invade not just thee separatists region's in Donetsk and Luhansk.
