Economists are growing more assured that US economy will avoid a recession

  • According to the latest results found in the NABE survey

The survey shows that 91% of economists polled now assigns a probability of 50% or less to the US economy going into recession in the year ahead. That is up from the 79% total seen in the same survey back in October last year. The economists polled also expect corporate sales and profit margins to rise this year, as supply chain issues and labour shortages are seen easing.
