Bank of Canada Governor Macklem speaking again after last week's rate cut:
Also Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President Lorie Logan. I can't recall the last time Logan spoke publicly. Logan tends to be on the more hawkish, or at least dovish, side of the fence.
