Poor figures again for China's housing sector. At best, the y/y is not as bad as it was in March. After so many declines for the sector I guess no change m/m is better than it was too.
I should note that other than those Reuters calculations, I have seen other data showing the 23rd straight MoM % drop:
- April -0.12% m/m (March was -0.08%)
