Poor data re the property sector from China once again.
China's stats people say:
- In March 2026, home prices in Tier-1 cities rose m/m,
- declines in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities narrowed or stabilized
- more cities saw m/m gains in both new and existing home prices
- the number of cities seeing month-on-month increases in both new and existing home prices rose from the previous month.
