The timing for this announcement is conspicuous as it is just minutes before the Covid control press conference at the top of the hour.
Update: I'm trying to dig more into this but it seems like this is the supposed new measures that they are looking to implement. If so, that's really a whole load of nothing when compared to the re-opening hopes earlier.
