I'm posting this as it may have implications for pork prices, and thus the rate of inflation, in China. I suspect any impact will be balanced by an increase of imports from elsewhere but, disclaimer, I'm no China pig importing expert!
We get the CPI update from China on Friday (the December data due for release won;t be impacted, of course)
