China is said to have expressed "grave concern" to the WTO about "reckless" tariffs by Trump and his administration. Earlier in the day, they already initiated an official dispute to the organisation on the tariffs by saying that it "seriously undermines the rules-based multilateral trading system".
The WTO is a long forgotten organisation at this stage, having been facing disruptions in making any rulings with the US having blocked the appointment of new appeal judges for a number of years already. And in any case, Trump doesn't really care for this whatsoever.
