Bloomberg (gated) carry the report saying that Canada will announce soon it's revoking the waiver that exempted Nord Stream pipeline turbines from its sanctions on Russia’s oil and gas industry.
Bloomberg cite a senior CAD government official. Bloomberg add that Canada has already informed the German and Ukrainian governments.
The official Canadian announcement later Wednesday.
