Canada-US trade minister Dominic LeBlanc is slated to take questions after Carney's White House visit today. The meeting between Trump and Carney still appears to be going but media reports say it will be LeBlanc who will answer questions, perhaps along with Howard Lutnick, who has been the Canada-US point man on the south side of the border.
USD/CAD has been quiet today but is trading near the highest levels since May.
