ANZ remarks on disintegrating consumer sentiment:
- ANZ-Roy Morgan Australian Consumer Confidence dropped 7.6%, as the RBA raised the cash rate by 50bp. Confidence is at its lowest since Apr 2020.
- Outside the pandemic, it hasn’t been this low since January 1991.
