  • I expect long-term rates to move up in the next few years
  • New normal short-term interest rate is around 2.50%
  • Credit flowing pretty freely in many parts of system

The 'baked in the cake' comment is a 100% confirmation that a runoff announcement is coming very soon. I'm not so sure the market will be happy about it.
