US 10-year yields up 7 basis points
Bonds are getting beaten up today and that's sending yields higher. US 10-year yields broke out today above 1.8% and have run up to the highest yields since before the Brexit vote.
The long end is leading the selloff with 30-year yields up 8 bps to 2.62%. Meanwhile, 2s are up 2 bps to 0.888%, which ticked above the October high.
This is a major tailwind for the US dollar, especially USD/JPY, which is breaking out.
