- Australia AIG manufacturing index for April. There is no estimate. Last month came in at 63.1. That was the highest on record. The new orders were 66.6 last month. Employment was 60.0. Capacity utilization was 81.2. Exports were 58.9. The report will be released at 2230 GMT.
- The New Zealand building permits for March will be released at 2245 GMT. There is no estimate. Last month they rose by 5.7%
- Australia CBA PMI manufacturing for April will be released at 2300 GMT. There is no estimate. Last month came in a 54.3.
- Japan economy PMI manufacturing for April final. Last estimate 53.3.
- The Reserve Bank of Australia is expected to keep rates unchanged at 1.5%. The last time the RBA change rates was back in August 2016.
