Leo asked for clarification.
By ‘flexible’ I am inferring that the market may not be a one-way scenario REGARDLESS of the rationale for a move…we are coming towards the year-end and the more and more traders won’t want to get caught so we can expect more volatile moves. Often moves that traders suspect can be trend changing can be reversed very quickly. The Korea scenario has exacerbated a move especially in EUR and if the situation fizzles out, short term shorts will get horribly squeezed. Of course the sovreign debt concerns remain, but much of this must be ‘in the market’ already
This is particularly pertinent to retail traders who are the ‘poor cousins’ when it comes to getting info, however we at ForexLive try and help !
