- we abhor the attack that took place in Salisbury
- this is an attack on sovereignty of UK
- the attack threatens the security of us all
- we agree there is no plausible alternative explanation to Russian responsibility for attack
Russia will hardly be quaking in their boots but as I said yesterday this is becoming more than just a matter of a double-agent being hit. The joint communique is rare given that the incident is not without precedent. Seems like those signed up looking for a good reason/opportunity to put a squeeze on Putin.
