USPS tells judge it failed to sweep ballots by deadline

The Judge gave the postal service until 3 p.m. Tuesday on the East Coast to “ensure that no ballots have been held up".

USPS says it missed the deadline.

I've seen unconfirmed reports the postal service may have missed up to 300k ballots in this.
