US TSYS/RESEARCH: CRT analysts noted that the US 10-year cash note yield
“momentum remains bearish at 10s have broken the 61.8% retracement of
3.77% — now resistance. Weekly chart shows a bearish inverse head
and shoulders and bullish momentum crossing in favor of higher yields.
Initial support comes in at the 3.85% volume bulge, then to 3.91+%, the
recent peak. We see further resistance at the 3.70% volume bulge, then
the recent low-close of 3.66%.” Cash 10-year note yield is now at
3.786%.
