The US stocks broad market indices are trading to new session lows:
- The S&P index fell to a low of 2624.04, down -40 points
- The Nasdaq fell to 7034.25, down -129 points
Looking at the hourly chart chart for the NASDAQ index, the high for the day was able to reach above the 50 hour moving average at 7075 (high reached 7081), but has since moved back lower and below. The 100 hour moving average comes in at 7005.02. A move below that MA would be the first dip below since January 4.
